Gateway Meet and Greet at Changi Airport
JetQuay Gateway is the main-terminal meet-and-greet option. Depending on the selected package and operating conditions, a JetQuay Guest Relations Officer may meet arriving or departing passengers, assist with airport procedures and guide them through the terminal.
Service availability and meeting arrangements depend on the airline, terminal, airport procedures and JetQuay confirmation. Prestige Ground provides separate Changi Airport chauffeur transport before or after the airport service.

- Immigration guidance subject to authority procedures
Quayside Service and CIP Terminal Access
Quayside includes Gateway assistance with access to the JetQuay CIP Terminal, subject to the selected package and operating availability. Transfer between the gate and CIP Terminal may use an electric buggy where permitted.

Jetside Service and Airside Limousine Transfer
Jetside is JetQuay’s most private service level. Depending on the package and operational availability, it may include airside limousine transfer between the aircraft gate and CIP Terminal, dedicated check-in and immigration facilities, and use of a private suite.
Airside access, clearance and transfer arrangements remain subject to airport, airline, security and government-authority procedures.
