Arrival, Departure and Transit Assistance
JetQuay supports arrivals, departures and transit journeys at Singapore Changi Airport. A Guest Relations Officer may provide check-in assistance, immigration guidance, baggage support and airport escort according to the selected service. Immigration and customs decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
Prestige Ground Chauffeur Transport
Prestige Ground provides private chauffeur transport between Changi Airport and a hotel, home, office or stated destination. Share the flight, passenger, luggage and pickup details so the ground journey can be reviewed separately from the JetQuay airport service.

Jetside VIP Airport Experience
